Meet Our Founder – Petrina Rose Baldwin
Founder & CEO
With over 20 years of experience across both the UK and research in USA, Petrina has worked across a wide range of sectors including public services, construction, maintenance, retail, education, and business operations.
Throughout her career, she identified a consistent issue staffing was often reactive, short-term, and poorly structured, leading to instability for both businesses and workers.
Hakuhana was created to change that.
Petrina built the company to focus on better workforce solutions, not just recruitment , combining practical experience with a clear belief:
