The Referral Programme: Earn 1% for the Lifetime of Employment
Know a business that could benefit from Hakuhana’s staffing model?
Refer them to us and receive 1% of the gross monthly revenue we earn from that employer—for the entire duration of the employee’s placement.

How It Works:

1. You make an introduction by email.
2. We onboard the employer and place a staff member through Hakuhana.
3. You receive 1% of revenue for every month the employee remains on assignment.
4. Payments are made monthly, for the full lifetime of the placement/s

There’s no limit to how many businesses you can refer, and no cap on your earnings.

Example Breakdown:

• Average monthly gross salary of a staff member: £2,000
• Hakuhana’s monthly invoice to the employer (including overheads and fees): £2,600
• Your 1% referral commission (based only on gross wages): £20 per month
• Annual referral earnings for one placement: £240

Tax Implications:

Referral payments are made gross (before tax).
You are responsible for declaring this income on your Self Assessment tax return if you’re not a limited company.

Your net income will depend on your personal or business tax rate.
