Work Records

Accurate records protect your business, your people, and your bottom line.

Hakuhana’s Work Records services give you clear visibility into time, attendance, and employment history, so you can reduce risk, cut waste, and make better decisions about the people who work with you.

Time and Attendance

Payroll and timesheet fraud costs UK organisations billions every year across both private and public sectors. Inaccurate hours, inflated claims, and weak monitoring quietly drain budgets that could be used to grow the business or reward good people.

We provide practical time and attendance monitoring and auditing that helps you see exactly what is happening on the ground. The result is straightforward: less leakage, cleaner payroll, and real savings.

Register your interest and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time to discuss how we can help.

Employment History

Don’t take people at face value. Knowing the real employment history of the people you bring in (or already have) supports better training, clearer development paths, and stronger team decisions.

With the individual’s consent, we obtain and verify previous employment history so you understand who you are working with. Leaving this to chance or relying only on references is unprofessional and often leads to costly mismatches.

We aim to return information the same day. Deeper checks may take longer depending on the level of detail required.

Full disclosure, obtained with proper legal consent, allows forward-thinking organisations to make informed choices. No one is perfect, experience, including setbacks, can be valuable when it is known and managed openly. Honest information from the outset is far better than gaps or surprises later.

Today many CVs are filtered by software and algorithms rather than by people using judgement. We believe employment should be a two-way matching process. Not every person will be the right fit for every organisation, and not every organisation will be the right fit for every person. Our role is to remove unnecessary friction and risk from that process.
